a say about services in Teignbridge
The Teignbridge Carers' Action Group
Joint planning meetings between carers and staff from voluntary and
statutory organisations
South Devon Carers' Consortium holds meetings to which carers are invited
to be involved in contributing to decision-making about services. Anyone with an interest
in carers' issues can attend.
The group gets together in a hotel for a morning every three months (the meeting is
followed by lunch). It feeds information about services into the local planning
mechanisms, as well as providing a forum for carers to meet with carers and workers from
