South Devon Carers' Consortium holds regular meetings to which carers are
invited to be involved in contributing to decision-making about services.
The Panel meets in a hotel, over a lunchtime session, every three months. It is composed
of carers who represent networks of carers from different client groups or support groups
in Torbay. It feeds information about services directly into the statutory agencies, and
is included in decisions about services that exist or are being planned.
